Latest hotfix adds the ability to fill up uncollected artifact slots with Credits; Patron subscriptions now purchasable from RIFT Store; Dimension Decoration Scratchers are now available; Twisted Artifacts are now up in the Planetouched Wilds; Arisen Arak tweaks, and some bug fixes.

We’re getting a second hotfix “as soon as possible” to fix bugs introduced with RIFT 3.5 Hotfix #9. Unknown ETA on when hotfix #10 will be deployed.

Additional benefits to Patron, and some features removed for F2P players; Mayhem in Mathosia running Feb 12-14th in Silverwood/Freemarch with exclusive daily/weeklies for Patron; Rare adventures added to Minions; +20 wardrobe slots, +4 Bank vaults; Chat channel merges; New Dream Reaver supply cache with upgradable essences; Dimension grab bags; Craft 1p to 1p 50g; some Craft recipe cost reductions; IA HK bosses have chance to drop unstable caches with guaranteed loot; Imperishable motes to Imperishable Prismatic Motes; and Large changes to Arisen Arak.

Latest hotfix increases plat cap for free players to 5k and adds some nerfs to Rhaza’de Canyons Expert dungeon and Mind of Madness: Arisen Arak raid boss.

Earring Slots, Planewalker: Water, Bag of Innumerable Pockets and Crafter’s Energy Infusion are now Credits-only; REX is no longer available for Referral Coins; Level 65 lock box gear has new tier of upgrades, and Intrepid IA cache gear has new upgrade path to Tier 1; Various Mage purge-related bug fixes; You can now use weapon vfx items on off-hand weapon slot, as long as the weapon type is listed as being usable in the vfx items’ tooltip; and various other bug fixes.

Cleric Shaman changes – Massive Blow always crits now; Equipment Picker adjustments, including a new option to disable it; Large amount of bug fixes relating to quests, instant adventures, zone events, Mind of Madness bosses, PvP Warmonger’s Marks weekly cap overconsumption, Peaceful Hills dimension resting state, upgrade path viewing, and the unresponsiveness of combat pets during PvP.

Quick Friday hotfix updating RIFT to RIFT 3.4 Hotfix #5 to reverse changes to Masteries and The Nightmare mount from RIFT 3.4 Hotfix #4. This should fix issues with Soul Stream and related abilities.

Various UI changes; Arclight Infiltration Promo Week extended with some adjustments/fixes; Haligan the Pyretouched minion card adjusted; Raid Rifts “Plane Crawler Project” and “The Darkest Magic” nerfed; Mind of Madness fixes for Dark Genesis and Lord Arak. A whole heap of bug fixes included.

RIFT updated to RIFT 3.5 Hotfix #3. Large 2GB+ file download, but the actual hotfix notes are minimal – possible fix for a crash on login and a fix to the upgrade paths of two necks. I’ll take a look at the files and keep updating the “Summary/Additional Info” section with any other additions/changes to Live not mentioned in the notes. For instance, the Trove Dimension Item Promo Bundle has been added in.

Small mini-hotfix on Tuesday with a possible fix for client crashes upon login that some players have been experiencing recently. No down-time was required; simply need to exit and re-enter client for the update.
