Notice: Don’t Die During Random Charges

Fae Yule Grandfather Frost Feature Image

If you’re doing the Faelight Sparkle Weekly for raid gear, don’t be dead or at a respawn point when you’re doing your daily Warfronts and Expert dungeons.

Dead Don’t Loot

Players have been reporting that there are issues with Faelight Sparkle Caches sometimes not rewarding 10x Faelight Sparkles if you are dead when the loot is rewarded to you. So be sure you are alive when your team is about to win a warfront or your about to complete an expert.

You can check out this thread here started by dead2soon for more information.

Upcoming Payout Changes

Just a reminder as well that the payouts for activities that reward Faelight Sparkle Weekly are changing with this week’s hotfix:

  • From 10x to 6x for Random Level 65 Warfront Win/Expert Completion if you used up a daily Random charge.
  • From 1x to 4x from Random Level 65 Warfront Win/Expert Comnpletion if you do not use a daily Random charge (i.e. you’ve run out).
  • 5x from a Conquest win when looting Conquest Chest. (Unchanged)
  • From 1x to 4x from Zone Events that give experience (i.e. mentored down to their level).

Way to go lowering the rewards for an event that is impossible to to that is called a weekly. You know if you keep screwing up these things and ticking off your client base, they will jump ship to something that maybe is marginally better. Where does that leave you? Out of a job Daglar.

Will the Random Nightmare Tide Expert charges give 10 or 6 sparkles?

6 according to Daglar. This will likely come in with the hotfix so you might have a chance to continue to get 10 right after weekly reset all the way up to hotfix (there’s usually 3hrs or so gap between them).
