General

• Planned Region Downtime. Shards will go down for RIFT 3.2 Hotfix #13 tomorrow with an approx. 3hr downtime. Times as follows:
  • North America: 6/24/15 at 6 AM PDT.
  • Europe: 6/25/15 at 1:00 AM GMT.

• PTS Update 22nd June 2015 Part 2. Part 2 of the latest PTS Update. I’ve compiled all the planar crafted gear’s upgrade stats and costs. You can check them out here! Part 1 (which contains recipe costs and base stats) can be found here.

• Further Mage Info. Red Hawk is floating a few more ideas for Mage Harbinger before the changes hit Live. There’s no confirmations or solid info, but he’s talked about:
  • Possibly adding in some CC/slow resistance when in Empyrean Ascension. [r]
  • Possibly making more abilities 1sec GCD to “get rid of the three-GCDs-one-spec dilemma”. However, if it proves too powerful he would dial it back to Harbinger-only. [r]
  • Modify talents to add critical hit chance to all slashing attacks. [r]
