RIFT news tidbits for 28th October 2015.

• RIFT 3.4: Into the Wilds Patch Notes.
• Extra Life 2015. 24hr charity gaming weekend, 7th-8th Nov. Trion participating 5th year in a row with fundraising rewards, giveaways, contests, titles and in-game activities.
• Autumn Harvest World Event Guide. Check out all there is to know about the current Autumn Harvest world event!

General

• RIFT 3.4 Hotfix #6. This week’s hotfix adjusts Autumn Harvest minion attributes; adds Autumncap to zone events and Gloamwood IA bosses; Mage Dominator changes; Primalist changes and a few other fixes. Full notes here.

• About 2nd Into the Wilds Celebration Pack. You may have noticed that your claim/reward box in the top-right corner of the RIFT Store front page (default key “]“) has gotten another “Into the Wilds Celebration Pack”. This was unintended, but Tacitus has confirmed you can keep it. [r]
  • Just be warned not to try to stack the new Pack with the one that was given out when 3.4 launched (if you are still holding onto that), as user Ethmar has mentioned that you might just lose one of the Packs. [r]

• $100 Credit Pack Promo. A new promo has begun that gives you an account-wide unlock for the Nightmare Thresher mount when you purchase your first $100 Credit Pack during the promo.

• Autumn Harvest 7x Signets Quest. Just a note that the one-off quest that rewards 7x Autumn Harvest Signets will be added in next week. [r]

• Autumn Harvest Minion Attributes Adjusted. With the latest hotfix, the AH minions have had their attributes adjusted. The Minion Card Database has been updated with the following info:
  • Taskmaster Atrophinius: Life, Diplomacy, Harvesting, Dimension.
  • Qu’ella the Wretched: Life, Assassination.
  • Haligan the Pyretouched: Fire, Death, Assassination.
  • The Nightstalker: Earth, Hunting.
  • The Hag of Gloamwood: Life, Death, Diplomacy.
  • Athelan the Fallen: Death, Artifact, Assassination.

• Warrior Dire of Corruptiong Enabled. Dire of Corruption (Reaver ability) has been fixed. It was manually re-enabled shortly after the servers came back on. [r]

• Imperishable Motes Adjustment. Morticus has mentioned that Trion plans to address the rarity and value of motes. No details or ETA. [r]

• Announcement Teaser. CM Ocho has teased that Trion will be “announcing more stuff in a couple of weeks or so”. Might just be talking about the launch of the Tier 3 20-man Mind of Madness raid, but who knows – maybe there’s other stuff too! [r]

• Instant Adventure Bug. Just a note that Trion has identified the issue with regards to IAs not working whenever a zone event spawns in a zone with an IA active. A fix is being worked on. [r]

  • Winners for the Wardrobe category were announced at 2hrs 23min into the video. Unsure what their player names are, but the ‘Hook’ and ‘Witch Doctor’ won.
  • Winner for the Scene category was announced at 2hrs 28min into the video. “Witchy Pumpkiny Lady” (the purple one) won the Scene category!
