RIFT news tidbits for 31st July 2015.

General

• Gamescom Shuttles. Trion will have free shuttles to and from Kölnmesse to the Trion Party at Bauwerk. These will be available from 6:30pm-11:30pm. There will be a host/hostess with a Trion sign at the shuttle bus stop. For directions, check out Trion’s post here.
  • Trion has posted up images of the shuttles you can check out here! Trion’s logo will be on the bus.

• Livestream Summary: 31st July 2015. Latest RIFT livestream shows off the Assault on Bronze Tomb warfront. Yep, they had one last week, but the PTS playtest was pushed back to this week. They also talked about Gamescom and some other tidbits. You can check out full info here!
  • Those who participated will be getting a “Tomb Looter” prefix title in-game. (Unknown ETA).
  • Trion has also uploaded the livestream to Youtube here.

• PTS Update for 30th July 2015. PTS got a 1.9GB update with Planetouched Wilds updates, Primalist Trainer model updates, PTW wardrobe, a ton of 3.4 crafting recipes including new seals, pots, runes, dream orbs for belt/gloves/earrings and feast/food. There’s also three new artifact types and more color-blind options. Full info/screens here!

• Improving Craft Drop Rates. Morticus has mentioned that Trion will be improving the drop rates on planar crafting materials “very soon”. [r]

Dead Simon’s brain “feels like Jelly” from all the work he’s been doing under closed doors. From the PTS it seems he’s been adding three new artifact types and a very challenging puzzle/s. [r] Catch him at PAX Prime late August!
