Want free Patron time? Anyone who logs into RIFT between July 17th 2015 at 12:01AM PDT to 11:59PM PDT on July 19th 2015 will be given 3 days of free Patron time by Trion! Possible Tip
If you don’t already have Patron, you might want to check out the Patron tab under Abilities window (default key “p“) once you get the free Patron time to see if you can benefit from the extra 3x Warfront and 3x Expert Random charges (as well as the Artifact tracking buff). 
Patron’s also get 10% discount on the RIFT Store – so if you were planning on purchasing anything with Credits, you might want to hold off until you get your 3 days of free Patron time.

I can only assume you are speaking of the Weekly Patron Gift, and that is on Wednesdays.
