General

• PTS Playtest & Livestream: Assault on Bronze Tomb. Trion will be holding a playtest and livestream of the upcoming warfront “Assault on Bronze Tomb” which introduces a new ‘Assault Mode’ where teams take turns defending and attacking key points in the warfront. [r]
  • Both the PTS Playtest and Livestream will occur at the same time: Friday, July 24th 2015 at 3:30PM PDT.

  • Further information about the Playtest/Livestream can be accessed here.

• RIFT 50% Bonus Extended. The 50% bonus on xp, PA xp, favor and prestige has been extended to July 26th 2015 at 11:59PM PDT. [r]

• Planned Shard Downtime. Shards will be going down tomorrow for RIFT 3.3: Hotfix #3. Estimated downtime is 1hr.
  • North America: 7/22/15 at 7:30AM PDT.
  • Europe: 7/23/15 at 1:30AM GMT.

• Power Pack Disabled. The Power Pack found under RIFT Store -> Services has been temporarily disabled so you can no longer purchase it in-game. They are still available from Glyph or Steam. [r]

• Chronicles Temporarily Disabled. Chronicles have been disabled until the next hotfix. [r]

• Old RIFT Packs Gone. Sp0radicM0v3m3nt on the RIFT Forums has discovered that the old RIFT Packs (like Laethys’ Fortune and Glory of the Ascended) have been removed from the RIFT website and Steam.
  • They’ve also redesigned the Store on the RIFT website. It no longer has the packs either. [image]
  • When responding to a player on Rift’s subreddit today about how long the Nightmare Tide Packs would last, CM Ocho talked about simplifying the amount of packs available. [r] However, this was not a direct response to the removal of the old Packs so those might have been removed for another reason.

• PTS Nightmare Saga Info. The issue with the Portal in Act III of the Nightmare Saga has been fixed on the PTS. If you are at that stage (will need to win some warfronts and complete some experts prior), you should now be able to continue the saga. [r]

• Running with Reforged Ep 33 [Video]. Rift Reforged has held their latest “Running with Reforged” livestream. The latest episode sees the group participating in various crafting rifts in Tarken Glacier. Check out the recorded video here!
  • You can tune in to “Running with Reforged” livestreams every alternate Tuesday at 4:30PM PDT.
  • Upcoming Livestream: Be sure to tune in to their main livestream “Rift Reforged” which will talk all things RIFT news, specs and lore! Next episode is on Thursday, July 23rd 2015 between 7:30pm-8:30pm PDT. [r]
