A few class-based changes/information:

• The Rogue’s Bard soul will be getting changes to increase its DPS so that it will be more in line with Oracle’s DPS. Change will hit Live as early as next patch along with the Ranger DPS buffs. [r] [r]
• Cleric Cabalist changes won’t hit until Patch 2.7. [r]
• Cleric Justicar’s Censure ability to become ST, ranged, 15s DoT. [r]
• Cleric Oracle’s Tainted Blood to be renamed Tainted Emblems. It now affects all damaging Insignia. [r]

Rogue Bard Changes

Vladd has made the following changes to the Rogue’s Bard soul in order to bring its DPS more in line with Cleric’s 2.7 Support Soul: Oracle.

Some of these changes are already up on PTS. These changes will come out on Live shards with the next patch. [r]

• Increased the damage of Cadence by 10%.
• Increased the damage of Verse of Agony, Coda of Wrath, Coda of Fury, and Riff by 20%.
• Increased the damage of Power Chord by 40%.
• Increased the damage of Cadenza by 20%.
• Reduced cooldown on Virtuoso from 3m to 2m.
• Removed a slight delay from Virtuoso’s effect going off that was causing issues with Rogue’s spending their combo points.
• Coda of Wrath and Coda of Fury damage increased to a total of +50% (from +20%).

Cleric Cabalist

Cleric Cabalist changes won’t be out until Patch 2.7. Kervik is still working on Obliteration ability issues, including fixing up the tooltip.

There’s probably still some more work to be done given the bug reports on Obliteration.

Cleric Justicar’s Censure

Cleric’s Justicar’s Censure ability has been changed once again, this time to an ST, ranged, 15s DoT ability. Targets with Censure who are hit by Hammer of Faith will have Censure’s debuff spread to up to 10 targets.

This is on top of all the other changes coming to Justicar.

Cleric Oracle Change

Cleric’s new 2.7 support soul, Oracle, has a change coming to Tainted Blood to be renamed to Tainted Emblems. It will affect all damaging Insignia.

The 2.7 souls are arriving with Patch 2.7 that is slated for 7th May 2014.
