Daglar has announced the 2.7 Soul Pack Cost in a thread on the Rift Forums.

REX (Rift Exchange) provides you with 1,250 Credits. So that’s effectively 4x REX for those looking to buy the soul packs with platinum.
For NA players this will be about 3,600 to 4,500 platinum depending on if you are a Patron or not and if you decide to buy REX on the AH or directly from other players.
If you’re low on platinum you could also consider finding a player with gifting services whom usually charge for a lower amount to gift you the new souls.

Fair price as I see it. I will definitely buy the new souls 🙂
I was hoping for about 3000, and that they’d sell the souls individually, or throw patrons a bone by giving them one of the souls as a “thank you” for subscribing. And no, I’m not impressed by the discount — I have already given Trion money.
I haven’t decided yet whether or not I will buy this pack, as I’m only interested in one of the souls.
