
Trion has recently seen an uptick in Error #2025 and Error #2016 issues with Glyph. There are many reasons why this may occur including firewalls, not running Glyph as administrator and others that can potentially be resolved here: #2016 – but a new issue has occurred that you can’t solve on your own because it is one caused by Trion’s firewall.
To get past it, contact Trion Customer Service at support@trionworlds.com with the issue by telling them you are experiencing these errors. Make sure to either use the e-mail address that is connected to your game account or tell them the e-mail address that is connected to your account when you send them an e-mail.

[Another solution? Try closing your Glyph Launcher completely and then re-open it and make sure it isn’t on auto-login. I’ve found (personally) that I get a ton of #2025 errors if I try to login via the Glyph Launcher after a failed auto-login. However, as soon as I close the launcher and re-open it to a non-auto-login ‘session’, I can open up the Glyph Launcher and begin playing RIFT without any issues.
Go to Settings -> Advanced and untick “Remember My Login” and choose from the drop-down “After Game Launch: Exit Glyph”. This could potentially solve your #2025 Error issues (it did for me)]
I always solve the #2025 error by going into “C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Glyph” (AppData is a hidden folder so you will have to enable the option to see hidden files and folders) and deleting the Cache folder inside. It’s been a while since I had to do it anyways.

its been 24 hours since the start of archeage cbe2 and i still cant get into glyph. ive sent an email but nothing has been done. tried everything but still nothing. hope support can help me soon or at least reply or somthing

Can’t really start glyph without logging in, if the #2025 happens on glyph login.
All of a sudden, too. No settings have been changed on my end. I don’t really have time to wait for weeks until I get an answer from support 😦
Have you tried closing and restarting Glyph? There’s also other methods that can work including making sure you run Glyph as administrator and as a temporary fix – delete the Glyph AppData folder. Further information about those methods can be found here. I found those methods worked temporarily until I disabled auto-login which completely solved the Error #2025 for me.

Did find a fix of sorts. Tried everything, disabling firewalls, antivirus, restarting router, removing some appdata (no glyph folder there if through steam) but I also got the same when using the old launcher for PTS, so all those were pointless.
In the end I removed glyph, started normal with old launcher and went into guest more. Then I managed to boot up the game and when I quit I got to log in normally again.
Glad you finally got it resolved. That’s quite a painful work-around though.
for 10 days I cannot log into the game, and also no response from support. Cannot access any secure page from trion. I don’t know what else I can do. Would like to ask Trion support to look into and if can, to help. I’ve sent email and this is my reference number for the ticket:

I’m having a huge problem with Glyph, I’m going to guess it’s their end though seeing as I’ve tried absolutely everything aswell as I cannot even connect to the site to go on my account, hell can’t even re-download Glyph and everything else is running A-OK on my computer.
Comcast is undergoing maintenance right now just in front of Trion’s servers. They have 3 ISPs but Comcast’s maintenance took out their 2nd so they’re moving everything to the 3rd. More information can be found here. No ETA on when servers will be back up.

I cant access “Register Now” with Glyph every time i type any email this happens:
“Sorry! We are unable to process your request at this time. Try again by refreshing the page.”
Cant restore the pass i forgot on my old account either, “Forgot Password” leads to blocked page.
Some other people also have this problem, any idea?
Consider ive tried allowing glyph/glyph dl through firewall, disabling antivirus, running in safe mode, reinstalling glyph, tried other browsers, and few other things. I recently installed Steam to play Dota 2 and than Glyph for Rift/Archeage but Glyph Site/Forum seems to block me every time few days now.
Anyone have any idea?
Earlier in the morning they had Comcast maintenance and then Distributed Denial of Service (‘DDoS’) attacks. I can’t access some portions of RIFT and Glyph websites so I’m guessing the DDoS attacks are still on-going. That might be why your ‘Register Now’ doesn’t work.
My Glyph just dosent patch. It keeps updating every time i try. I tried everything possible but it just dosent work.

I got it fixed by reinstalling glyph and running it as admin, also, I read somewhere that #2025 can be caused by alot of internet traffic, like on a launch of a new game. So sometimes, I guess you just have to wait a little.

Nothing Seems to work for me, I even uninstalled glyph client, and reinstalled it with the old installer I first downloaded(Because I cant download it again, the url wont load) so… wtf!
If deleting the glph.cfg and running in compatibility mode + run as admin doesn’t work; try restarting your router and restarting your computer. If the issue is not with opening glyph but opening Rift; check to make sure the Glyph client is pointing to your RIFT folder. If all else fails, you’ll need to contact Trion support directly to get it resolved.
hey @Khortish I also have a problem… with Trove, when glyph says “Authenticating” it takes 30 seconds then it does “error #2025” I also had a problem on getting into my Trion acc. in the website as google says “Website not available” althought my internet is fine. I’m playing on steam.. also I tried an alternate way which is to delete glyph and open the trove.exe the Trove app works but it requires a username and password on the menu I tried my e-mail/username yet it doesn’t allow me to play please heelp….. These problems still exists I wish you could help us

-When I’m going to login my Glyph account. It will go through “Authenticating” then after seconds it will go to “Error #2025” I’ve trying to login many times. Still this happened.
-It was my first time using Glyph and I wanted to play Trove so bad….
-I tried an alternate way which is to delete Glyph and open Trove.exe then after that I could play Trove but…. there is a “Username/E-mail and password” required so I tried my account but it says “failed”
-I’ve searched for solutions still nothing worked… I was thinking to change my ip address (which might be the problem) although I don’t know whether this worked or not.. please give me some solutions for this ERROR #2025
Hey Serious; Trove was experiencing some login issues for a good 6hrs+ on the 27th. Perhaps that is what has affected your game? You could try turning off your router, waiting ~10 seconds and then turning it back on to see if that helps resolve the issue. Other that doing some of the possible solutions to Glyph Issues mentioned here (but with Trove in mind), I think the best option would be to contact Trion’s customer support or perhaps PMing GM Fasti.

Hey I have a promblem with error 2025 for some odd reason i cant log in ive tried everything uninstalling i talked to the support people and they have not said anything but i thought the update was causing all the trouble but no i still have it it worked for me for 2 seconds then i logged off and i tried to play it again and it did not work i need help please

Unfortunately beyond what’s mentioned here or CS, the only other possible places which might help resolve your problem with logging in would be any of the support informatiion found under Trion Worlds Support Center. You can also try the RIFT Forums’ “Tech Support” section. Make sure all your drivers and Windows is up-to-date too and try restarting your computer after that to see if it resolves the issue.
